Personal data that we process

When you send us a message through, for example, the contact form on our website, we collect the information you give us. This includes personally identifiable information, like your name and email address. We process your data in order to let you know if we can be of service to you. The following personal data is processed by LSH Legal:

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, like the length of your visite to our website and different parts of the website, page response times, page interaction information and methods used to browse away from the page.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, located in the United States. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

When we provide your data to a third party, we ensure by means of an agreement that your data is not used for other purposes and will will be deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.

Other than that, we will not provide the information you provide to us to other parties, unless this is required by law.

Google adheres to the Privacy Shield principles and is affiliated with the Privacy Shield program of the US Department of Commerce. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.

Children under 16

Our website does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. We cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 though. Therefore, we advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent that data about children is being collected without parental consent. LSH Legal takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate security measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by LSH Legal. You also have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to lisa@lshlegal.nl. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we request that you send a copy of your proof of identity with the request, in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, the identification number and social security number are made unreadable.

We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, in any case no later than within four weeks.
